The All Ireland 4 ball team under the Captainship of Dan Sloan took on neighbours Warrenpoint on Sunday afternoon.
At home Geoff Sharpe and Joe Brown played solid golf to win 2 & 1.
Second match saw Keith McCullough and Noel Graydon in a tight encounter which resulted in a halved match.
Third match at home was Vincent Boden and Dominic Murphy and again the match went all the way for a half.

At Warrenpoint Nigel Cochrane and Niall McGovern came up against an in-form pair and despite solid golf went down 5 & 4.
With the match overall square Dominic Fitzpatrick and Hugh Greene’s match was nip and tuck and went right to the final hole unfortunately losing 1 down.
A great effort by the lads who wished Warrenpoint success in the next round and no doubt the experience of such a tight game will equip them for future encounters.
