Treasurer’s Report
Invoices presented for payment were agreed.
Investigation of the feasibility of renewable energy remains ongoing.
Additional work required to Alarm system.

Correspondence
Enquiry referencing Family Membership – to be discussed at December meeting.
Golf Ireland Ulster Region AGM is to be held 14th January 2023 in Dunsilly Hotel Antrim. Nominations to be submitted before 10th December 2022.

Captain’s Business
Condolences to the families on the passing of Keith Todd and Michael Fegan; and to Maureen Ross on the death of her husband.

Sub Committee Reports

Greens
Winter programme continues. Request to replace a ball lying within the roped area to be placed outside the roped area agreed.

House
Toilet dispensers replaced.
CCTV & Locker Room security has been installed.
Bar staffing levels is problematic. A Full time Bar person to be considered. Vacancies for both Bar and Catering to be re-advertised. Members may know of people seeking part time work.

Fundraising
Victor Quinn and Ladies Committee thanked for a successful Fundraising Quiz function.
Poker night arranged for 9th December.

Match & Handicaps
Annual Handicap Review will be undertaken in December
Fixture List for 2023 almost complete. Fixture book to be available in early January.

Strategic Planning
Captain congratulating the subcommittee for their continuing work in line with Golf Ireland recommendations.
