Matters Arising from previous Minutes
Membership Applications – Incomplete application forms will not be processed. The applicant must be known to the proposer and seconder. A written character reference from the proposer must accompany the application. The proposer and seconder must be a member for 2 years. Exception – If an applicant does not have a proposer he/she must submit a contact name for character reference.
Correspondence
Ladies Open changed from Thursday 22nd June to 19th June.
Golf Ireland Provisional request. – Men’s & Women’s Championship 14th – 16th August 2024.
4 ball Voucher – Fundraiser for Air Ambulance and Marie Curie.
Tourism NI visited course 6/4/23
Christening Party Saturday 22nd April.

Fundraising – Big Draw to take place over coming months £20 per ticket or 3 for £50. Draw in October. Details later
US Masters draw- £240 raised – Thanks to all who supported it.

Ulster Cup
Commiserations to Robin (Vice Captain) and is Ulster Cup team who lost to Portadown in the Ulster Cup.
Locker Rooms – As per March Synopsis “The Men’s Locker Room is reported as most untidy. Users are requested to place all equipment in their locker. Trollies, shoes etc. must not be left on the floor area.”
There has been no improvement – Trolleys are still being left in locker rooms.
Council Decision – All Locker Rooms:
All items including trolleys will be removed if not stored in lockers. Shoes may be stored in shoe compartments at players’ own risk. Effective date 30th April 2023.
