The Ladies of Kilkeel Golf Club enjoyed a wonderful day on the course on 3rd July  as they gathered to celebrate Lady Captain’s Day. Hosted by Lady Captain Eileen Hamill, the event was a great success, showcasing the fantastic championship course which recently hosted the prestigious Ulster Boys and Girls U18 championship. The Lady Captains chosen charity was Evora Hospice a cause close to her heart.

Lady Captain Eileen welcomed members and  with her nieces  provided them with a delicious breakfast and goody bag before the golf began.

The competition was very well supported, with players competing in a range of categories. The course was in immaculate condition, thanks to the hard work of the greenkeeping team assisted by Greens Convenor Stephen Cranston.
